Gallo Building

The Gallo building located at 140 Walnut is the latest project to add to the richness of Second Street in the Rivermarket. Developed by Chris Sally and Jonathan Arnold, the building consists of rental loft offices. On Wednesday, Dec. 6, the Capital Improvements Management Office will be holding a public open house for residents of the River Market District and Columbus Park neighborhood to give them the opportunity to review the latest plans for the 2nd Street streetscape improvements project. Clockwork provided architectural services in this project including the state and federal tax credit evaluation. This project was designed utilizing the LEED guidelines for energy conservation.
