Northwest Mixed Use

Fierce competition!  Out of 24 submissions Clockwork was the only Kansas City area firm shortlisted to move forward with the project.  Ladco Development teamed with Clockwork to bring years of extensive experience in academic and mixed-use projects.

The project is the first mixed-use development that Northwest Missouri State University has undertaken and includes a suite style residence hall, classrooms, offices and multiple food and retail tenants.
